On November 22, 2018, the inaugural meeting of the first Shandong Semiconductor Industry Alliance and the first congress was held at the Blue Sea International Hotel in Gaomi, Shandong.

According to the charter of Shandong Semiconductor Industry Alliance, the first leading body was elected by the Congress. Mr. Li Bing, General Manager of Shandong Xinghe Minghui Electronics Co., Ltd. (picture 1) was elected as the first president, Jinan Lujing Semiconductor Co., Ltd. Mr. Xu Wenhui (picture one right) was elected as the first secretary-general, and eight other units were elected vice presidents: they are Jinan Lujing Semiconductor Co., Ltd., Shandong Liansheng Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd., Linyi Jinlin Electronics Co., Ltd., Qingdao Huasheng Microelectronics Co., Ltd., Shandong Baoxing Electronics Co., Ltd., Shandong Shuguang Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd., Weifang Huichuan Electronics Co., Ltd., Yangxin Jinxin Electronics Co., Ltd.!

The conference was a grand event of the semiconductor industry in Shandong.
