Exploring "chip" manufacturing: Witnessing the hard power of domestic semiconductors

The leaders first walked into the production workshop and laboratory of Lujing Semiconductor, observed on-site the manufacturing process, reliability testing and advanced packaging production lines of silicon carbide (SiC) power devices, and learned about the manufacturing processes and technical highlights of core products such as high-power MOSFET devices and 5000V ultra-high voltage SiC Schottky diodes.

"Semiconductor manufacturing is a typical technology-intensive industry, and every process is inseparable from precise control and continuous innovation," introduced Xu Wenhui, General Manager of Lujing Semiconductor. "As a 'specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and novel' semiconductor enterprise in Shandong Province, Lujing Semiconductor focuses on the research and development and industrialization of third-generation semiconductor materials - SiC. It has formed an independent intellectual property system in the fields of silicon carbide power devices and automotive-grade power devices, which are widely used in high-end manufacturing fields such as new energy vehicle drive systems and photovoltaic inverters."

Discussion on the "chain" at the forum: Discussing the path of industrial collaborative development

At the subsequent forum, the two sides held in-depth discussions on "industrial ecological linkage". The leaders of the Supercomputing Center proposed that relying on the policy advantages of the Supercomputing Science and Technology City, Lujing Semiconductor could be promoted to connect with upstream and downstream enterprises to build a complete industrial chain from substrates to module packaging.
